TERM 4 CLASSES
Next week we start the last terms of most classes for the year (all except the Beginners Yoga Class @ Highton which started last week).
If you would like to come to yoga at a discounted price now is the time to jump onto a Yogi Loyalty Card. Instead of paying $20 casual per class, pay for the 8 week term upfront and pay only $130. Here are the times and locations of all current public classes.
SHERVIN BOLOORIAN
In December Seaire Yoga is delighted and honoured to be hosting sound healings in the Geelong area by one of the worlds best, Shervin Boloorian from Sound Healing Bali. Katie Lucas and myself are hosting Shervin in this neck of Australia to run group sound healings and private sound and colour healings in the Geelong area the second week of December. Shervin will also be performing in Melbourne, Darwin, Perth and Freemantle - in case you have friends in those areas who would also like to experience this gift to self.
In collaboration with Geelong Yoga and Pilates Pakington Street, Geelong West Shervin will be holding a sound healing on Sunday 9th December. He will also be at Kyo Yoga in Ocean Grove on Saturday 15th December for chanting and sound healing. Both events are booking out faster than expected. In fact, the Geelong West event is already half full so please don’t hesitate too long if you are sure you want to come along. You can either book via the links on the flyers attached or with Debbie directly.
Private sound and colour healings with Shervin are also available on Monday 17th December in Malop Street, Geelong. (the Saturday 15th December bookings are now sold out). These are $85 and well worth the value. All bookings are through myself via phone or email.

CHRISTMAS BREAK UP
And because I never like to miss a party I wanted to let you know about the Christmas Break Up Celebrations which will be held on the following dates:
· Tuesday 4 December - Morning Tea at Vitality Cafe after our last Beginners Yoga Class for 2018.
· Tuesday 18 December - General Yoga Class group dinner in Geelong TBA after our last class at 7 pm.
· Wednesday 19 December - Restorative Yoga group drinks and/or afternoon tea at the Barking Dog in Pakington Street, Geelong West at 3 pm after last yoga class.
· Saturday 8 December - The Coffee Club Yoga class lunch following the second last class for 2018 at a location TBA.
I will also be offering a FREE yoga class at Eastern Beach on Sunday 23rd December at sunset for all regular students who may like to join me.
